To any small business owner or a webmaster, SEO plays a dominant role. In this day and age when every other person working online claims to be a ‘SEO expert’, I was looking for a tool that would analyze the blog you’re reading and recommend improvement. I tried many paid and free tools, and WooRank became the latest tool to undergo a review.
Here is my understanding of WooRank.
WooRank, an Internet start-up based in Brussels, is basically a 100-point scale tool which analyzes your internet marketing strategies of the given domain name and then ranks your domain on this scale. A basic score of 50 is good enough; higher the better. They take into consideration about 70 factors to give you the ranking.
In other words, WooRank is a tool that reviews your website in few minutes and suggests you improvements on this basis. Once you go through the improvements and again review the website through WooRank, you can notice the changes to your score instantly.

How does WooRank Work?
After logging in, I came across a page prompting me to enter the URL to analyze.
The results gave me a detailed analysis in PDF (18 pages) involving various factors, such as:
1) Top 5 Priorities
3) Social Monitoring
4) SEO Basics
5) SEO Content
6) SEO Links
7) SEO Keywords
8) SEO Authority
9) SEO Backlinks
To my mind, this is a pretty exhaustive list to follow and improve every element. On a score of 100, my blog’s score was 61.7 (the average is 50).
If you scroll above to the first image, you can see a section called Projects. After my blog analysis, I went to this section and created a project for this blog. This, believe me, impressed me a lot.
On the Project Dashboard, the tool gives you latest reports on these factors (given below) and if you know SEO, these factors are very important for any online venture. The factors are –
1) Latest Changes
3) Server Uptime
5) Search Ranking (SERP)
6) Social Trends
You can click on individual sections and see / compare results.
Improvement through WooRank
After spending around 2-3 days working on the WooRank analysis cum suggestions, which can be done through their basic 3 tabs – Optimize | Convert | Promote, your blog / website will be in a much better position than it was in the beginning.
These 3 tabs guides you patiently with all the things you need to do and once you are done, just click the ‘tick’ mark and the tool will record the changes.
After doing what all I can in short time (there are many things left), I can show you the new improved score below.
Not bad at all!
If we spend about a month working on this, every website will definitely have a higher WooRank, that is, a better small business website for all reasons and purpose.
